Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

 

 

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery, with a complete unboxing video.

 

 

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to the original payment method.

 

 

Is unboxing video compulsory?

Yes. Without a complete unboxing video, return or replacement cannot be approved.
